High-shine flooring finish that looks good and lasts longer thanks to a polyurethane-acrylic blend that provides durable gloss with excellent scratch resistant properties. Hilway Direct Primo GLOSS Floor Finish, 1.33 Gallon, is designed for high-traffic areas where a glossy floor finish is typically difficult to maintain. The hard wearing PRIMO GLOSS provides commercial facility floors with a shiny topcoat that performs three to six times longer than premium acrylic flooring polish and gives even more durability than Hilway Direct Plus Gloss. Low VOCs.
Primo GLOSS delivers top performance for wear-resistance that is second only to a professionally field-applied polyurethane coating.
Use on Sheet Vinyl, LVT, VCT, Rubber, Linoleum, PVC, Non-PVC, Cork, Asphalt Tile, Marble, Slate, Concrete, Quarry Tile, Quartz Tile, or Terrazzo flooring. Prior to use always test in a small inconspicuous area to check for proper adhesion and desired result.

Use Instructions:
Sweep or Vacuum and Clean floor thoroughly prior to application of finish to remove all loose dirt and debris. If floor is finished with an acrylic coating, factory or site-applied, finish coating must be removed prior to applying Primo. Unless otherwise specified in flooring manufacturer's instructions, use Hilway Direct Allsafe Stripper diluted 1:5 or 1:10 with clean water. Use an auto scrub or low rpm swing machine with a red scrub pad or equivalent. After removing old coating, rinse floor thoroughly with clean water to neutralize. Do not let stripper solution dry on floor.
Shake Hilway Direct Primo vigorously for 30 seconds then let it settle for 5 minutes. Floor must be completely dry before applying floor finish. Apply undiluted in a thin, even coat using a microfiber applicator mop. Do not use treated dust mops. When first coat is dry enough to walk on (approx 1 hour), apply second coat crosswise.
Allow floor surface to cure minimum 12 hours before allowing traffic on floor. Some environments will require more drying time depending on ambient conditions including temperature and humidity level.
During application of flooring finish- avoid strong sunlight and drafts, ensure sufficient ventilation and turn off under floor heat before commencing work. Read complete product label and manufacturer instructions for flooring material prior to use.
