1877FloorGuy ships floor cleaning and maintenance supplies to locations within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska; and to all of Canada. Most items ship from our New Castle, Delaware location in the US. Some shipping options are only available within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping Items:
Items in the store that are labeled with the free shipping icon Free Ship Item will ship at no additional charge via standard shipping method for that item. Additional shipping methods are typically available and will incur a charge to the customer as indicated during checkout. 'Free Shipping Items' only ship free to locations within the 48 contiguous United States and when the standard method of shipping is applicable for the ship-to address provided by the customer. Applicable coupon code discounts can be utilized when purchasing 'free shipping items'.
Special Order Items:
Free & discounted shipping cannot be applied to special order items. Sale promotions and coupon code discounts cannot be applied to Special order items. Special order items are NOT returnable. Special order items in the store are identified with special order icon Special Order Item.
Free Shipping on orders over $500:
Free shipping applies only to orders delivering within the 48 contiguous United States and totaling $500 or more in product purchases. Free Shipping discount will automatically apply to a qualifying order in the check out process. No coupon code required however in some instances this free shipping promotion does not automatically apply so the coupon code, FREESHIP, can be entered during checkout to apply free shipping to a qualifying order. Free Shipping offer cannot be combined with other promotional coupons or offers. Valid for standard shipping method only. An upcharge will apply for special rush delivery requests, if liftgate is required, for limited access locations and for inside delivery. Free shipping does not apply to special order items.

1877 FloorGuy offers several delivery options. Specific shipping cost can be obtained within the shopping cart, prior to checkout, for each shipping option. Shipping cost is based on several factors including weight, size, packaging and distance package will travel. Transit options include shipment via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day Service, UPS Sure Post, United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail, and freight common carrier.

  • Shipping within United States of America:
    Orders shipping within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, are processed Monday through Friday and ship the next business day after the order has been placed from our New Castle, Delaware warehouse with the exception of a small number of floor care supply items that ship from other locations within the US. Keep in mind, when requesting next day or second day shipping option, that orders typically ship out next business day. If same day shipping is needed, contact our Customer Support team. 1877FloorGuy is often able to accommodate this type of special request. Exceptions to next day shipping policy include major holidays and extreme weather conditions that may include storms or freezing temperatures (see the Winter Shipping Advisory on this page). Shipping to remote locations may be limited to freeze-thaw stable products during autumn and winter.

    Shipping to Canada:
    Shipments to Canada ship ONLY via UPS Standard.
    Orders bound for Canada are grouped together and ship from 1877FloorGuy's U.S. warehouse at least once each week, most typically on a Friday. It takes two days transit time to Fort Erie plus the time it takes UPS to ship to your Province and deliver to your address. The estimated delivery date provided during checkout takes this extra transport time into account when the ship to address is entered correctly. Delays to shipments may occur due to major US holidays and during extreme weather conditions that include storms or freezing temperatures (see the Winter Shipping Advisory on this page). Shipping to remote locations may be limited to freeze-thaw stable products during autumn and winter.

    Canadian customers pay "Landed Cost". Shipping/Landed charges are calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your shipping address during the first part of the checkout process. You will see the total cost of your order, including shipping cost and will not be charged additional fees or taxes for delivery in Canada. We are able to offer our Canadian customers a "Landed Cost" because we are a Non-Resident importer to Canada. All customs duties, brokerage fees and Goods and Services Taxes (GST) are included in the shipping price and paid by us. There is no Provincial Sales Tax (PST) under this arrangement.
    Backordered Product:
    A Customer Support team member will reach out via email to let you if items(s) on your order will not ship out on the expected date due to a product backorder. In the event that an order is partially backordered, the order will be held to ship complete until the backordered product is available. If you prefer to have items ship to you as they are available, include this note on your order or contact customer support via email to or call (877)356-6748 with this request and we will be happy to honor it. A customer will not incur additional shipping charges when an order partially ships and backordered item(s) ship at a later date.
    Packaging Information:
    At 1877FloorGuy, we do our best to ship floor cleaning and care product to our customers in good condition without leaks or damages. Since most of the items in our store are liquids, we must package the products we sell with adequate padding, durable cartons and securely sealed to minimize impact to bottles and reduce spills during transit. This commitment to quality provides our customers with a better experience and has resulted in our damage rate being less than 1%! Try as we might, damage does occasionally happen while it's en route. If you receive a damaged item, contact us right away with your order number, name and contact phone number or email address. We may ask you a few questions about the damage and we will re-ship your order promptly. Photos of a damaged product or shipping box is helpful to us so please send us a photo when possible.
    **Winter Shipping Advisory:
    Do Not Freeze Orders that contain 'DO NOT FREEZE' items, may be delayed leaving our warehouse during autumn and winter seasons when temperatures fall below freezing. These items are marked with the 'Do Not Freeze' icon on the item page. This applies to, but is not limited to, acrylic floor polishes and sealers. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed due to frigid temperatures. Heat packs are included in shipments as required. Shipping delays happen when transit time are extended due to a weekend and heat pack will not withstand the timeframe. Most weather delayed orders will ship on a Monday. Some items have limited shipping options and may not ship to remote northern locations due to extreme cold weather in autumn and winter. View list of products that are NOT freeze thaw stable.     The 1877Floorguy warehouse continuously makes an effort to improve the way we prepare products to ship by evaluating different packing materials that are better for the environment, use more sustainable materials or reduces waste. We implement the use of new packaging whenever we find a way to improve upon our current process while maintaining protection and quality of the products being purchased by our customers.
