Green Seal Certified, under Industrial and Institutional Floorcare Products for reduced impact on the environment and on human health. Works as well as or better than other products in its class. Contains no heavy metals, formaldehyde, VOCs or glycol ether and only trace amounts of zinc. Will NOT cause problems with sewage effluence.
For Use On: Resilient Floors including Vinyl, VCT, Rubber. Recommended for use on Roppe rubber flooring.

Before using, read full product label and MSDS sheet.
INITIAL APPLICATION:
Completely strip all old floor finish with Green Solutions Floor Finish Remover. Remove stripping solution and follow with 2 - 3 clear-water rinses. Allow to dry. Apply Green Solutions Floor Seal & Finish in a uniform, thin coat. Let dry thoroughly (30 minutes under normal conditions; 45 minutes or longer where high humidity exists. Continue to apply subsequent coats in the same manner. Three to five coats are recommended.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:Dust mop or sweep floor. Water-based dust mop/dust cloth treatment is recommended. Damp mop with Spartan Green Solutions All Purpose Cleaner.
TO REPAIR TRAFFIC AREAS between finish applications:Conventional Machines: Spray-buff using Green Solutions Floor Seal & Finish diluted 1:4. For use as a mop-on restorer use Green Solutions Floor Seal & Finish diluted 1:2.
High Speed Machines: Mix 1 gallon of Green Solutions Floor Seal & Finish with 2 gallons of water (1:2). Saturate a clean mop and wring thoroughly. Apply thin coat of diluted Green Solutions Floor Seal & Finish and let dry. Dry buff or burnish using a non-aggressive polishing pad.
Traffic lanes may be recoated as necessary.
For heavily soiled areas, machine scrub using Green Solutions All Purpose Cleaner.
Cold water is recommended for dilution.
Do Not allow this product to freeze.
Coverage:
2,000 to 3,000 square feet per gallon depending on application method and porosity of floor.
Gloss (Gardner): 1 coat: 80-85; 2 coats: 85-90
