LONSATIN is a high performance, low gloss floor finish, specially formulated to provide excellent durability in a commercial setting. This uniquely formulated satin-like floor finish is to be used on resilient sheet vinyl to reduce excessive soil, scuffing and black marks.

For use in high traffic areas in: Restaurants, Hotels, Office Buildings, Hospitals, Health Care Facilities, Schools, Universities, Child Care Centers, Grocery Stores, Retail Establishments.

Directions For Use to Achieve “Matte” (Satin) Finish
1. Clean the existing non-finished floor with LONCARE Neutral pH Cleaner and allow to dry.
2. Apply 1 thin coat of LONPRIME base seal coat prior to application of LONSATIN.
3. Apply LONSATIN in a uniform, thin coat with a microfiber mop. Allow to dry completely (30-45 minutes) between coats. Apply subsequent coats in the same manner for a minimum of two to four coats for initial application.
Notes: DO NOT dilute LONSATIN. DO NOT use on surfaces colder than 45°F.
