For Use On: Vinyl (sheet, VCT, LVT), Rubber, Linoleum, Cork, Marble, Slate, Quarry Tile, Terazzo, Concrete, Asphalt Tile

Directions For Use:
Initial Application:

1. Clean floor thoroughly prior to application of finish. For floors with a factory finish, remove finish following flooring manufacturer’s instructions. Rinse or neutralize after removing old coating.
2. Shake finish well then let it settle 5 minutes before use.
3. Apply a thin, even, undiluted coat using a microfiber applicator mop.
4. Apply 2-3 coats, allowing each coat to air dry completely (approx 30-60 minutes) between coats.
5. Allow finish to dry for at least eight (8) hours after the second coat and before use.

Daily Cleaning, Mop & Bucket:

1. Sweep floor to remove loose dirt.
2. Dilute 1oz Hilway Direct Plus per 1 gallon warm water.
3. Mop floor with diluted cleaning solution using a 2-bucket system. Use clean water in 2nd bucket to rinse mop.
4. Pick up excess solution with a tightly wrung-out mop.
5. Allow floor to air dry. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.

Daily Cleaning, Auto Scrubbing Machine:

1. Sweep floor to remove loose dirt.
2. Dilute 1oz Hilway Direct Plus per 1 gallon warm water.
3. Scrub floor with diluted cleaning solution.
4. Trail mop excessive wet areas behind scrubber.
5. Allow floor to air dry. Do not rinse floor after cleaning.

Notes:

Do not use a treated mop for application.

When applying the product avoid strong sunlight and drafts.

Turn off under floor heat before commencing work.

Ensure sufficient ventilation.

Read complete product label and manufacturer instructions prior to application.

Coverage: Single Coat: 1500-2000 square feet per 1.33 gallon container. Proper application requires two (2) coats. Coverage may vary depending on porosity of flooring material.
