We ship to locations within the United States (including Hawii and Alaska) and Canada.

USA orders are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday - Friday excluding Holidays) after the order has been placed. If your product is backordered we will notify you via e-mail.

We ship ONLY UPS Ground

We ship ONLY UPS Standard to Canada

CANADA: You only pay the "LANDED COST". You will know the total cost of your order before it leaves the USA and will not be charged any additional fees and taxes.

IMPORTANT CANADIAN NOTICE: We are able to offer our Canadian customers a "Landed Cost" because we are a Non-Resident importer to Canada. All customs duties, brokerage fees and Goods and Services Taxes (GST) are included in the shipping price and paid by us. There is no Provincial Sales Tax (PST) under this arrangement.

We ship once a week to Canada, generally Friday. It takes two days to Fort Erie, then whatever time it takes UPS to ship to your Province.

The shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping/Landed cost when you enter your shipping address during the first part of the check out process.
