MIRACLE 511 Porous Plus Sealer, Quart

Provide excellent protection for your home's porous stone and grouted tile surfaces with a moisture resistant penetrating sealer that works hard at preventing stains. Use as a grout release or top sealant on porous stone tile and grout. Miracle Sealants Porous Plus Sealer in an 1-quart pour bottle provides water-resistance, stain-resistance and slip-resistance. Low Toxicity, non-yellowing, UV transparent. Forms an invisible barrier that will not alter the look of the surface to which it is applied. Interior and exterior applications. Miracle 511 Porous Plus sealant averages 2 to 10 times the coverage of competitive products. Can be used on freshly poured concrete to retard the evaporation of water.

Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus Sealer is intended for use on Grout, Flamed, Honed & Polished Limestone, Flamed, Honed & Polished Granite, Flamed, Honed & Polished Marble, Saltillo Tile, Terra Cotta Pavers, Masonry, Sandstone, Porous Slate & Brick, Cement, Concrete, Cantera/Adoquin, Flagstone, Sanded Grout, Stucco. Use for indoor and outdoor applications including showers, restrooms, garages, pool areas. Testing in several areas prior to use is advised to ensure desired results are achieved.

Use Instructions for New Flooring Installations:
Read entire product label, information sheet and safety data before use. Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus Sealer should NOT be diluted or thinned in any way. Use as is direct from approved container.

• Use as Grout Release:
  Apply 511 Porous Plus to all surfaces prior to grouting. This step will allow quick and easy cleanup after grouting. Grout can stain many surfaces if this procedure is not used prior to the grouting process. Apply 511 Porous Plus using a Mira Brush or a clean towel. Apply enough to wet the surface. Be careful not to saturate the open grout joints. Allow 511 Porous Plus to stand for approximately 3 - 5 minutes for maximum penetration. Any excess sealer remaining at this time should be removed by wiping the surface with a clean dry towel. On very porous surfaces apply another application after the previous application has dried 2-3 hours. Any excess sealer that has dried on the surface creating a residue/film, may be removed by applying Residue Remover. Apply Residue Remover undiluted to the affected area with a clean dry towel. Let it sit for 1 - 2 minutes before buffing the area with a second clean dry towel. Allow to cure for 6 - 12 hours before continuing with the grouting procedure per manufacturers specification.
• After Grouting: Once grouted, make sure that all grout residue is removed from the surface with a clean sponge and water. Allow grout to dry at least 24 - 72 hours. If grout clean up is not performed effectively, an additional cleaning may be necessary to remove remaining grout residue or haze. For this procedure use Phosphoric Acid Cleaner, Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaner, or Epoxy Grout Film Remover following the instructions carefully.
• Use as Grout Sealant:
  Once the area is completely dried, proceed with the sealing of the grout for water and stain resistance. Apply 511 Porous Plus to all grout with a paint brush. Any excess sealer that gets on the surface should be wiped off with a clean towel before it dries. On larger jobs grout can be sealed by retreating the entire area including the tile or stone surface a second time. Be careful not to allow the sealer to puddle or dry on pre-sealed surfaces.
• Residue Removal: To remove accumulated 511 Porous Plus residue, use Miracle Residue Remover as directed.

Use on Existing Stone Tile Installations:
Read entire product label, information sheet and safety data before use. Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus Sealer should NOT be diluted or thinned in any way. Use as is direct from approved container.

• Surface Preparation: Surface must be dry and free of contaminants, including previously applied sealers, dirt, lime & hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust & other heavy dirt and grime. To remove existing coatings and/or waxes, use Mira Strip or Finish Sealer Stripper following the instructions carefully. To remove lime and hard water deposits, efflorescence, rust, grease and other heavy dirt and grime use Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaner or Phosphoric Acid Cleaner as directed. For a non-acid deep clean use Liquid Poultice as directed. All strippers and/or cleaners should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water and the surface allowed to dry.
• Sealing Existing Surfaces: Seal grout and tile or stone surfaces all at the same time. When treating surfaces together, make sure that recessed grout is saturated. Floor tiles and grout will be dry to the touch in 1 - 3 hours and may be used for normal foot traffic however to achieve optimum results the area should be kept dry and free from staining materials for 24 - 72 hours.

Coverage for Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus Sealer ranges from 125 to 1000 square feet per quart depending on the type of surface to which it is applied and ambient conditions.

For routine cleaning surfaces that have been sealed with Porous Plus, use Tile & Stone Cleaner, Porcelain & Ceramic Tile Cleaner, Limestone/Travertine Soap or Counter Kleen as directed and as appropriate for grouted stone flooring or countertop cleaning.
