Metroflor Neutral Cleaner Concentrate, Quart Bottle

This neutral pH (8.5-8.75) cleaner has been developed specifically for maintaining all METROFLOR luxury resilient vinyl tile & plank products and finishes. When used as directed, it will rapidly wet, emulsify and suspend soil without harming the surface or removing the existing finish, if present. Leaves no dulling film. Clean, crisp scent. For Residential & Commercial Use.

Directions For Use:
Routine Residential & Commercial Cleaning:
Sweep floor thoroughly to remove all surface soil.
Use 4-5 oz floor cleaner to each gallon of warm water.
Spread solution liberally with a clean sponge mop, string mop or sponge.
Work solution onto surface.
Wipe up liquid frequently, rinsing the sponge or mop in the cleaning solution.
For hard to clean spots, allow solution to stand for four to five minutes, and, if necessary, loosen dirt with a stiff brush.
It is not necessary to rinse the surface after cleaning.

For Heavy-Use Commercial or Excessively Dirty Floor:
Occasionally scrub using a low speed power buffer with a red scrubbing-type (polyester or nylon) pad.
Spray the floor with diluted Metroflor Neutral Cleaner.
Work the solution over the floor using the buffer and the scrubbing pad.
After this has been done, remove the dirty residue by damp mopping with clear water or with a wet vacuum.
Non-Ceramic Bead Finished Floors only can then be finished with Metroflor Matte Finish following instructions on the bottle or spray buffed with Metroflor Gloss finish using a white polishing type pad to achieve the correct gloss level.
