LONPRIME is an all-purpose base seal coat ideal for use on resilient sheet vinyl as a foundation prior to applying floor finish. Reduces excessive scuffing, flaking and peeling of floor finishes.

High Solids Formula (19%) provides outstanding cohesion to floor finish.

High Performance seal coat eliminates floor finish peeling and flaking.

Water-based and VOC compliant. Low pH level (8.4).

Areas of Use
For use in normal to high traffic areas in: Restaurants, Hotels, Office Buildings, Hospitals, Health Care Facilities, Schools, Universities, Child Care Centers, Grocery Stores, Retail Establishments.

Directions For Use
1. Floors should be clean and dry prior to application.
2. Apply, in a thin coat, with a microfiber mop and allow to completely dry (30-40 minutes) prior to applying a floor finish.
Note: A single thin coat, properly applied, will provide an excellent barrier and improve adhesion of floor finish to the surface of resilient sheet vinyl.
