Aqua Mix Saltillo Seal and Finish is a specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers that provides both a stain resistant surface seal and a durable high gloss finish eliminating conventional two-step methods. Aqua Mix Saltillo Seal and Finish may also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. Aqua Mix Saltillo Seal & Finish allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light.

Aqua Mix Saltillo Seal and Finish is recommended for use on saltillo, terra cotta, and adobe tile. This product is for interior applications only.

Aqua Mix Saltillo Seal and Finish expected wear is up to 3 years depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, and maintenance. Harsh cleaning methods and high-alkaline or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear.

Coverage: Approximately 300 to 700 sq ft per coat per gallon depending on porosity and texture of surface.
